Leopoldina takes precautions against the spreading of coronavirus
All public events of the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina are postponed until further notice or cancelled. This will initially apply until August 31, 2020, including all events planned by external organizers at the Leopoldina headquarters in Halle (Saale).
This is the Academy's response to the spreading of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. The decision is a precautionary measure to reduce the possible risk of infection for members, staff, and guests as well as help to delay the spreading of the virus. All events are to be rescheduled at a later date. The Leopoldina will provide timely information about the new dates. We will keep you up to date on this website.
