DESCRIPTION:This conference will focus on the latest results from leading i
 nternational research groups in the field of Ca-conducting cation channels.
  Some of these "calcium channels" are already known targets for approved dr
 ugs. Young scientists will also have the opportunity to present their resul
 ts for discussion. This event is intended to draw the attention of the inte
 rested public to the research area and to stimulate scientific exchange in 
 Germany, Austria and beyond.\n\nThe symposium is co-sponsored by the Leopol
