SUMMARY:Leopoldina Workshop on Hodgkin Lymphoma and Related Diseases - New 
 Approaches in Multiple Dimensions
DESCRIPTION:Hodgkin's lymphoma is one of the most common malignant lymph no
 de diseases in Europe. It is not a uniform disease, which is why it can als
 o be referred to as Hodgkin's lymphomas. The planned conference will deal w
 ith all forms and variants of Hodgkin's lymphoma in order to gain further i
 n-depth knowledge about the biology and behavior of these different tumor f
 orms. Despite the great therapeutic successes, including the use of cell th
 erapies, there are still groups of patients who do not respond to the most 
 modern treatment methods.\n\nThe conference will focus on very new diagnost
 ic procedures in molecular biology, genetics, imaging procedures, including
  laser technologies and evaluation methods, with an emphasis on machine lea
 rning. Even though the focus of the conference is on basic research, the fi
 ndings should open clinically applied perspectives.\n\nFurther Information\
