DESCRIPTION: The 8th Human Rights and Science Symposium is hosted and co-or
 ganised by the Académie des sciences (France). It belongs to a symposium se

 f Sciences Leopoldina.The symposium focuses on the right to education, reco
 gnised by the United Nations Universal Declaration in 1948. It also strives
  to demonstrate the importance of human rights education to educate a wide

 crimination of all natures, races, genders, religions, etc. The scientific 
 coordinators of the symposium are Professors Jean Iliopoulos and Édouard Br
