Das Gipfeltreffen der Staats- und Regierungschefs findet vom 26. bis 28. Juni 2022 in Schloss Elmau in d en bayerischen Alpen statt. Unter Federführung der Nationalen Akademie der Wissenschaften Leopoldina erarbeiten die Wissenschaftsakademien der G7-Sta aten im Format „Science7“ (S7) wissenschaftsbasierte Stellungnahmen zu Them en der Gipfelagenda. Schwerpunkte sind dabei die Auswirkungen des Klimawand els auf die Polarregionen und Ozeane, konkrete Maßnahmen zur Dekarbonisieru ng, die Entwicklung von antiviralen Medikamenten zur Pandemievorsorge sowie globale Gesundheitsherausforderungen, die durch Zoonosen und antimikrobiel le Resistenzen entstehen.\n\nIm Rahmen des S7 Dialogue Forums am 31.
