Schwierigkeiten liegen aufgrund der biologischen Variabilität und der Vielzahl von Parame- terunsicherheiten in der Validierung der patientenindividuellen Vorhersage- und Optimierungs- verfahren. zudem müssen im Bereich der Kommunikation der numerischen Resultate an die behandelnden ärzte komplexe Aufgaben gemeistert werden, insbesondere auch hinsichtlich der jeweiligen Daten- und Parameterunsicherheiten. Eine wissenschaftlich seriöse Visualisie- rung der Simulationsergebnisse darf nicht verheimlichen, dass in den zugrundeliegenden Daten eine Vielzahl von Unsicherheiten versteckt sind.
