Kinetics, mechanisms and stereochemistry of electrode reactions: field strength-dependent changes of chemical reactivities of molecules.

Acid-base and tautomeric equilibria in electronically excited states and free radicals.. Thermodynamics of the excited-state reactions.

New instruments for time-resolved spectroscopy

Electrochemical generation of excited states.

Changes of molecular structures upon excitation; twisted intra-molecular charge-transfer excited states.

Prebiotic chemical evolution and the chemistry of interstellar matter.
