Fostering young talent

The KISSWIN project is an online communication and information platform for young scientists.

The German Academic International Network (GAIN) is the biggest network of German scientists and academics in North America. It offers support to scientists returning to Germany after a stint abroad.

The German Scholars Organization e.V. (GSO) offers support to German scientists and scholars abroad and helps them reintegrate into the German scientific community. The GSO is an independent, non-profit organisation that promotes Germany as a research and business location.

The German Research Foundation (DFG) supports young researchers in their scientific careers. In addition to providing direct project funding, the DFG also has a number of programmes that allow researchers to acquire further qualifications after having gained initial project experience.
