Michael Stolleis' fields are the history of public law from the early modern times until the present, the history of international law and of social security law. His most important books concern the Law under the Swastika, the political and public-law-theories, the constitutional and administrative history and the history of social security law. Translations of his books are available in English, French, Italian and other languages.
