Michail Davidoff hat sich durch viele wissenschaftliche Beiträge über die Struktur und Funktion von Organen beim Menschen und bei Experimentaltieren ausgezeichnet. Seine Forschungsarbeiten hatten die Schwerpunkte Morphologie des zentralen und peripheren Nervensystems, Struktur und Funktion parenchymatöser Organe, Morphologie und Funktion neuroendokriner Zellsysteme.
Michail Davidoff is distinguished for many scientific contributions on the structure and function of organs of humans and experimental animals. His scientific research concerns three main topics, i. e. morphology of the central and peripheral nervous system, structure and function of parenchymal organs, and morphology and function of neuroendocrine cell systems.
