Molecular single cell analysis is a technology that enables to carry out molecular analyses on isolated single cells as well as on single cells in tissue. These can target DNA, RNA or protein. Depending on the method, it is possible to assign hundreds or thousands of molecular data to cells with a defined localization. The conference will focus on the latest technological developments in this field, such as spatial transcriptomics, for solid tumors such as lymphomas. The linking of these new methods with motion analysis will be the main topic.
