This document was adopted in 2021 by the 6th Joint Science Conference of the Berlin Process. The conference was organised jointly by the Leopoldina and the Polish Academy of Sciences under the 2021 German Presidency of the Berlin Process.
The 10-Point Plan included in the document foresees short-, medium- and long-term measures to address and control COVID-19 in the Western Balkans and South East Europe. Further, it identifies priorities for post-pandemic development.
