Promoting the self-regulation skills of children and adolecence
Children and young people are increasingly complaining of stress in the school environment and beyond. High pressure to perform and the increasing use of digital technologies and social media, for example, can contribute to this. This has a significant impact on the well-being and learning performance of pupils and their social interaction. The stresses associated with the coronavirus pandemic have exacerbated this problem. This particularly affects socially disadvantaged children and young people.
