- address the added value of novelty, and
- connect recent advancements in research with new approaches in education, reflecting upon the impact of scientific findings.
- Exchange of different views on the role, status and perspectives of early-career researchers within the scientific community, paying specific attention to new forms of PhD- and Postdoc-cultures, while also addressing the various aspects of resilience in different scientific systems.
