The Leopoldina International Virtual Panel provides a platform for exchanging knowledge, ideas, and perspectives on ongoing research efforts. In addition to the latest research findings on the causes and symptoms of endometriosis, the panel will also discuss strategies for diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients from an evidence-based perspective. The Leopoldina will welcome the following experts to the panel discussion.

- Professor Dr Matthias Beckmann, Member of the Leopoldina, Chair of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) in Erlangen/Germany and Director of the Endometriosis Center at the University Hospital Erlangen/Germany

This event is part of the Leopoldina’s “International Panel Series”, organised in cooperation with its international partners. The virtual panels provide a space for dialogue between leading scientists and the general public.
